We are delighted to introduce our concept: "World Green Industry Villages - WGIV" concept.

This initiative has the target to join forces with current challenges of Green innovation but not only...

It is an ideal concept for all levels of social research of food security, easy and emerging green energies solutions, based on long term preservation and sustainability.

We especially study each solution we take part of, in coordination with Government, Intergovernmental Institutions, NGOs and independent stakeholders initiatives.

The emergency to change our negative habits and save the planet in better exploiting green and natural energies, recycling in spite of wasting for only one purpose, join the collective efforts in order to provide access to better systems and innovations proposed by our clients is the way to be part of the GREEN WORLD MARCH, knowing that new policies and new standards are going to be imposed by governments.

Nowadays, with the growing conflicts, natural catastrophies (phenomenons of the said "climate change") and growing poverty around the world, in addition to the obligation to align our living concept to a CLEAN and GREENER way of consuming energy, water, food and all sectors of transportation and housing with better non-polluants, is a collective priority.

World Green Industry Villages participates to the urgent needs, information and coordination between Private Groups and governing bodies searching for green transformation, and propose to set-up new funds or in taking part of existing funds.

This concept currently addresses developing countries and most of all, those under war, people under poverty, subjected to impossibility to live decently, in need of basic resources.

Our group of experts are willing to advice and assist in the research of water, greener energy, bio food and green housing with financial solutions.

Priority is not only to feed urgently some immigrants, refugees and populations living under insecurity, war, pushed out from their country, victims of earthquakes, tsunamis, temporarily or permanently living under provisory "tents" of fortune, joblessness and growing loss of identity but...

In the long run, if we don't stabilize and provide future to those marginal populations, they will becomes as dangerous as we can see it now as terrorism is growing in European countries.

GREEN AFRICAN and ASEAN villages and new touristic sites could also be developed in developing countries that are not at war so as to include new argriculture in desertic areas, promote local and regional hand craft know-how or industrial production units, implement various green, organic or bio restaurants, bio grocery stores, Tobacconists' bars and inns with botanical projects, shopping centres and so-called "green" and affordable (2-3 star) hotels, thus enabling the inhabitants of such a village or city to increase jobs, food security and ensure a certain stability thanks to sustainability and coordination with on-going projects.

Existing villages could be greenly enhanced as new emergent "social green spaces and subsidized industries" providing new wealth and jobs in producing BIO products for local consumption, rain water or used water treatments, desalination system acquisition, electricity from the solar collector system, installing solar power stations, wind and heat pumps, recycling sites Waste, plastic, agricultural projects in desert regions (drip system), and thus circulate their products through fair trade networks and all emerging new distribution systems via internet networking.

These villages would be settled as a priority in Africa, Latin America, Arab countries and Asia, based on the United Nation's programs as well as with private sector on-going initiatives in order to transfer new green innovations and know-how technology.

This concep already exist but with no specific coordination with the last Green innovations offering less costs and rapid implementation or budget to articulate the projects on-time.

African, European and World Green Industry Programs also offer to forein companies from abroad the help to relocate and thus benefit from an import of materials, while building new points of manufacturing, positively exploiting the local/regional labour force, considering less expenses while supervising, training and offering new employment to local indigenous populations, a WIN-WIN situation.

Again as it is already done since decades, all unemployed people leaving under poverty can benefit from facilitation to take themselves in charge in the future, while acknowledging and serving foreign companies and group investing in their Industrial and technological expansion (technological transfer), a WIN-WIN collaboration between NGOs, governments and private companies processing industrial, commercial and artisanal businesses, developing employment.

Ceci dans le souci d'offrir les moyens de mettre à jour les habitations, y apporter les outils et normes  répondant aux nouvelles lois sur l'écologie, le maintien et la sauvegarde de l'environnement et de l'emploi. 

Il est désormais certain, qu'en cette période de crise immobilière et économique, seules les habitations aménagées d'énergies dites VERTES auront un avenir à succès et qui de plus, offrent de quoi allier le plaisir des loisirs à des aménagements de résidences, parcs et golfs modernes, positifs à l'environnement, employant des énergies propres et renouvelables dans des espaces réaménagés en camp de tennis, tournois de golfs, en parc industrie verte non polluante, réaménageant les localités tout en garantissant des nouveaux emplois, des rénovations et des lieux autant résidentiels que touristiques-

In the United States, attempts at consumer and agricultural marketing cooperatives were made at the beginning of the 19th century. Although most U.S. cooperatives developed in rural areas, consumer and housing cooperatives spread substantially in metropolitan areas in the late 20th century. Cooperatives were introduced in Latin America by European immigrants in the early 1900s; later they were often fostered by state action in connection with agrarian reform. Marketing and credit cooperatives have been important in many African nations, especially since World War II. During the Soviet era, marketing cooperatives of the U.S.S.R. and eastern Europe functioned as part of a centrally controlled purchasing network for farm produce. Cooperative farms in those countries were modeled on the Russian artel, in which all land was pooled and worked in common and income was distributed according to work performed. Compare credit union.
